To support our team in Hungary we are looking for a motivated and energetic person to join us full-time as

Sales Manager (m/f/d) Aviation&Tourism
in our Budapes office

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Account management for tourism partners (e.g. airline, tourism board) across the full sales cycle (identification; acquisition; implementation; development)
  • Develop and implement sales and market strategies to increase existing business and market share
  • Develop and implement sales procedures and policies in line with the industry best practices
  • Ensure effective sales and market coverage and monitor performance data & KPI's pertaining to sales and revenue
  • Monitor and analyze sales figures and trends and prepare reports
  • Carry out market research, competitor analysis and benchmarking
  • Participation in fairs, events, seminars, road-shows and FAM trips
  • Evaluate, initiate, implement and control all new sales activities aiming at improving the revenue and traffic results whilst being pro-active in contributing ideas on trends and developments towards achieving long and short term objectives


Qualifications/Experience:

  • Several years of work experience in all aspects of the airline/travel trade sales environment
  • Thorough knowledge of the HU market (CEE is an advantage), travel trends and consumer behavior
  • Ability to negotiate with people at all levels
  • Ability to conduct statistical reviews and analyze results to improve operation methods and processes
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, negotiating and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize both in terms of workload and also in prioritizing which initiatives / actions will have the greatest business impact
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant, outgoing personality
