Sofitel Budapest Chain Bridge is looking for Food & Beverage Manager

Scope of responsibilities:
The F&B Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to fulfill the objective of increased sales and is also responsible for giving direction to the entire food & beverage operational department, which include Banquets, Restaurants, Room service, Sofitel Executive club. The F&B Manager is responsible for continually focusing on achieving F&B profitability through revenue generation end effective cost controls. He/ she reports to Executive Chef in charge of F&B operation.

Skills:
• Minimum of 2 years F&B management experience, preferably in the luxury setting
• A strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, forecasting, sales, and marketing
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to train and develop team members
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Computer skills (word processing, spread sheet, and presentation software)
• Excellent English proficiency
